Bibimbap

Tonight I cooked a Korean dish again for our dinner. This is called "Bibimbap", it means mixed rice with vegetables. As you can see in the photo, the quantity is quite a lot so we couldn't finish it but it's yummy as usual if you ask me :-P

I couldn't find fernbrake (kosari) in here so I didn't put it.

Let's see it closer...

Mix it up and eat!

Ingredients :

- Cooked rice
- Bean sprouts
- Spinach
- Zucchinis
- Shiitake mushroom
- Carrot
- Fernbrake (kosari) (if you can find it)
- Eggs
- Ground beef
- Garlic
- Seasoned seaweed
- Soy sauce, sesami oil, sesami seeds, vegetable oil and hot pepper paste

Bon appétit!

Aww that looks great! If you were in NYC, I would take you to H-Mart. There's so much Korean goodies to try.
